I am Derek Fioratti, a tireless traveler and founder of Gusto Nomade, a project created to share my vision of travel as an authentic experience, made up of scents, cultures and encounters.

Every country I visit leaves me with a flavor, an idea, a memory that then becomes a recipe, a page, an ebook.
Food is the thread that connects distant places and different people, and with Gusto Nomade I want to tell the story like this: with truth, curiosity and respect for each culture.
